Issues with Pedal Commander

I installed the Pedal Commander on my 2017 6.7 today. So far I think City +4 is the best for me. However, if I put it in Sport or Sport + mode the engine revs way up to like 3K or more RPMs without me touching the accelerator pedal if I do it initially. If I do Sport mode on the fly it doesn't seem to do this, but everytime I hit the brakes it says brakes applied power reduced which is annoying so I can't really go over City +4. If I leave it in Sport Mode and turn it off the next time I turn it on it revs high again but then settles down. If I use Sport + at all it revs high and doesn't come down and if I do it while driving I don't have to touch the accelerator pedal. Anyone else have issues like this or know of a solution?

I installed the PC last weekend and have the same issues as you; engine revving automatically in Sport +. Runs fine in City which is what I’ve been doing. Will try to uninstall and reinstall after ensuring keys are (further) away and truck is shut off for awhile. Truck’s in the shop so cant do it till next week but let us know if it you get working properly.

Uninstalled and reinstalled but as I was doing so I noticed a couple of things so I think I know why it’s doing this. I ordered my “new” PC-18bt unit through amazon prime from off limits performance. Arrived fairly quickly. Looked new. But the serial number on the box is not the same as the one on the unit. Looking further the unit has a tag that says PC31. So off limits performance likely sent me a new appearing but used PC31 which is for Chrysler vehicles in a PC18 box. Anyone know where I can get a good deal on the right unit? Don’t care if it’s new or used as long as it’s correct. I’m sending this one back.

Yep, just checked mine, same issue. Ordered the PC18 but received a PC31. It’s going back to Amazon. My order was purchased from SupplyKick, but fulfilled by Amazon, so not sure who is exactly at fault. Not at home so I’ll have to check the box, but I’m going to purchase again from a non amazon supplier next.

Reply I got when contacting the seller was for one not good English and 2 that amazon mixes inventory which I wouldn’t be surprised. Said they bulk send their inventory and amazon picks from the lot of all combined to fulfill orders. Always thought in the back of my mind amazon was crap but now I’m thinking more like diarrhea.

Same thing here with Amazon Off Limits. Installed and it immediately ran my RPMs through the roof. Tried it again yesterday with same result and then noticed the PC31 on the unit
