Pedal Commander Woes
Anyone else have issues with the Pedal Commander? I installed one on my 2017 F350 6.7 and it works in Eco and City, but Sport jumps the idle to about 1500 and Sport+ jumps to about 3000.
Driving in City I can feel the difference but when I hit the brakes I get the error "Brake Pedal Depressed Power Reduced" on the cluster.
I contacted Pedal Commander about the issue but I just got a "we'll work on it and let you know" response. I'm a bit unhappy about that as I did not want to buy something that I can't use. I'm thinking about returning it but figured I'd check and see if anyone has had any issue and if they were able to resolve them.

send it back - I never trust inline programmers.
And with your errors/issues along with their reply. Sounds like a safety issue also. Their reply should have been to remove it immediately until they can fix.

Mine has worked great. It had the brake warning for a while but quit doing it on it's own.

As a follow up, I was able to get this working. There is an update but it's confusing in that it's not apparent that you're supposed to install anything. I did the 2 updates it had and now it's working flawlessly.

no problem! I had the same issue and had no idea what to do until I posted about it on FB, and someone told me. Glad to help. Crazy how different these settings make the truck feel!
