64 F-100 Data Plate Information

I have a 1964 F-100 (2 wheel drive / short box) that doesn't have the original data tag, however I see Marti Auto Works reproduces them. I would like to get it as close to correct as possible, but I have some questions.

Warranty Number - F10CK480...
W.B - 114
Color - J or JM (I believe it was originally two-tone - red and white)
Model - F100 ( I saw F101 listed as well, but I've seen another 1964 2 wheel drive, short box that was F100)
Body - I see 81B listed for 61-66 Custom Cab and 99 listed for 64-66 Styleside Bed. This pickup is both a Custom Cab and has a styleside bed. I've also seen a number of examples with a letter / number in front of the 81 (E81, F81, 581, 281, ect.). How do I determine what would be correct? Is there a listing of the different interior codes?
Trans - F
Axle - I need to check the gear ratio.
Max G.V.W. - 5000
Net H.P. - 135
RPM - 3800
DSO - 51 (There's an emblem on the back from a dealer in Canon City, CO)

I got most of my information from here:

Didgey Specs 61-66

Thank you
Tim

Welcome to FTE

PIC (below): 1964/72 Ford truck parts catalog example of 1964/65 US Warranty Plate.

Warranty Plate riveted to the left door face below the latch.

COLOR J = Rangoon Red or if tu-toned: JM: J = Rangoon Red / M = Wimbledon White.

Thanks for the response and information.

I don't know if it's original, but the seat in my pickup appears to be just red vinyl.

What would the correct body code be for that?

It is a 9" rear end with 3.89 gears. So, the axle code should be 12. Does the tag on the rear end give any more information?

Thanks again
Tim

What would the correct body code be for that? There isn't one, because this a non original upholstery shop replacement.

1964 Custom Cab as original (same info in post #2):

E81: E = Red Crush Vinyl & Red Check Stripe Woven Plastic / 81 = 81B Custom Cab.

It is a 9" rear end with 3.89 gears. So, the axle code should be 12. Does the tag on the rear end give any more information?

Warranty Plate AXLE code: 12

WBG-F2 = 9" Rear Axle with 8 3/4" diameter ring gear / 3.89-1 / Large axle bearings with medium differential bearings/cups (MODEL code would be F101 w/4,200 lbs. GVWR).

3MD = Assembled the 4th week (D) of December (M) 1963 (3) / A = January, M = December, the letter I is skipped.

The other numbers is the assembly plant code.
