I think I’m the only one on the boards that has an interest in the 3.0L Powerstroke. Is there any way to find out how many have actually sold thus far? I see a few on the road, but also see ones on the lots collecting dust. I guess those who have them are liking them and gave no issues. The forums are dead. Maybe a good sign, or only the ones I regularly see are the ones sold to date.
After talking to a salesman( that sold me my 2018 F150-5.0, )I Asked about the 3.0 and sales , He said not good cause its only offered in the lariat series .I went to have my oil changed -tires rotated(freebie) and the recall(-B-Pillar) along with the reprogram -TSB. Do not have Stats of sales just word of mouth .Good luck TR
Ford pushed some good incentives on fleet buyers. We have some XL and XLT trucks at work. No issues so far other than being boring to drive. They are good for mileage but lack performance.
Yes fleets can get them in XL or XLT. The door emblem is the same size and location as the larger trucks. You as a personal buyer can also get one in xl or xlt if you have a good creative fleet manager at a ford dealership. Quick stock check shows plenty of options.
I think it has the same emblem that the Super Duty powerstrokes have.
I imagine people buying diesels for the status are largely still buying Super Duties, just because of what a beast they are.
Perhaps if the 3.0 were offered to general consumers in the XL/XLT trims it would sell more. I've seen Big Horn ecodiesels with some frequency(Big Horn being similar to an XLT if i'm correct).

Yes, without a liter designation like the 6.7L.
Since the 3.0L in the King Ranch/Platinum is $3,000, and $4,000 in the Lariat, I can only imagine the engine costing $5,500 in the XLT/XL Trims.
There is an XLT at Champion Ford in Owensboro, KY with the 3.0L. For sale to the public. Wonder if a guy could just walk in and buy one.

It's a 3k option on XLT trucks with 302a packages. See the window sticker I attached.
Yeah... I highly doubt it. You’ll have to prove it with pictures.
Photos next week. I left it at the dealer to get the double honk disabled if you leave it running and step away. A few other things as well. Getting kind of excited. Here is the dealer's photo of it.
They said there was a blue one somewhere in the US, but all I’ve seen is white and black, too. Guess you got it. 😆
I’ve been eyeing a blue over stone King Ranch, but can’t seem to get motivated with the $70k sticker.
Here is a .pdf of the sticker. I searched far and wide for this one. Since I tend to keep vehicles a long time I wanted the 2018 clearance price and I wanted blue jean. Not an easy job to find one. This one is over 3 hours away so I hated to leave it behind but they promised to deliver it.
