7.3l electrical problems

I have a 1999 f-350 dually 7.3l diesel sometimes when it is parked the horn randomly starts blowing radio comes on battery runs down I don't know where to start troubleshooting any suggestions Thanks

Eyeball the moisture on the drivers side floor and higher.

Sounds like the welt in your shield is feeding conductive moisture to your electrical privates.

Do you have some type of alarm on it? Could be the place to start.

I have a lund racerback and lighted visor that I am going to remove and sell as I am putting a slide in camper on the truck I see where it is leaking around the windshield that is probably the problem I will have to reseal the windshield can I do this myself?

That's a question only you can answer but I can tell you that I wouldn't try it.

I found a glass place that will come out and install a new carlite windshield for $199.00 plus tax I think that is the best way to go Thanks for the advise

Outstanding idea.

The pros need to do this job. I've seen many try and fail as a DIY project.

When they do it be there and inspect the situation, it is possible that you have some rust/corrosion around the windshield that should be addressed before reassembly.

I will definitely do that they are coming to my house and I have everything to fix it if needed thanks

I would probably suspect a failing body control module.
