Auto Transmission shifting issues

Auto Transmission shifting issues
2006 f150 -
Symptoms: Random issues with transmission shifting issues. When slowing down the truck occasionally has issues shifting down, and then at times when it seems as if it switches to Neutral on its own.
Facts: Flushed Transmission fluid, changed shift solenoid, changed TCC solenoid. It shifts fine when manually changing gears ( from 1 to 2nd etc...). Had diagnostics ran at local ford dealer, and they found nothing. Updated/ re flashed PCM with latest software. No check engine light or codes present.
I am trying to determine what would create these set of circumstances.
I appreciate any feedback, or suggestions given what is happening, and what has been done and parts replaced.
