Decode springs from door tag

Decode springs from door tag
Hi,
Could anybody please help me figure out what springs I have in my van and more importantly what is their load rate? I am planning on doing a full suspension refresh this spring and I'd like to get a slight 1-2 inch lift.
The van is a 2002 E-150 4.6L V8, originally a cargo van then converted by Regency to travel van. I bought it already converted in 2013.
Here is the door tag:

The springs code is HC. Does that mean the the front is H and rear C? I've seen a lot of the door tags and their code had 4 letters.
Based on the web:
H in front is — 5310 spring (Econoline, Ranger)
C in rear: wasn't able to find it. But there is always 5560 or 5580.
Could some shed some light on this? How do you find the spring load rate from knowing that the spring code is 5310? I trying to find new coil and leaf springs but it's hard without knowing what the original load rate was. Or is it possible to calculate it from GAWR on each axle?
Thanks

I can't help with decoding your option codes however the GAWR of the rear axle along with the year and model should be all you need to source springs. I'd contact a local big truck or bus frame & spring shop as they'll know exactly what's needed.
Not much specific help but when it comes to springs I find the big truck shops are much more fairly priced overall and a helluva whole lot more knowledgeable than the average local mechanic shop.

Thanks. I find the ford decoding system very unintuitive. Or maybe I am missing something here.
I was hoping to find out the load rates so I can get the desired lift by increasing it. I like facts and it wouldn't hurt to know that number as a baseline.
Is there a formula how the load rate can be calculated out of front and rear GAWR? I guess I would need to know the weights of front are rear axles as well...
