Thanks guys, found it. I must have overlooked it while driving. When I was trying to get everything all figured out I didn't have the ignition on and it only displays with the ignition on.
That temp sensor is crap anyways. It takes forever to update, sometimes its 80F out and it says its 50F, Ive seen it say it was 143F....I'm guessing its software related, but its hardly ever accurate and takes forever to update.

Compared to other vehicles I've owned, mine is reasonably accurate.

Could you possibly have a bad sensor? I would have not considered it either but in my old Chevy the ambient air temp sensor started reading some crazy high temps. $10 part and was plug and play. After the change it was back to normal readings.
That said I haven't noticed any readings that were off in my 2018 but I'm sure I don't see the temp variations that some do so that could be a contributor.
Hi All, 2015 Ford from where and how can i find the external temperature display? So, that it will give me scope to to view the outside temperature on driving.
Nor sure on 2015 but 2017 and later is at the top of the sync3 screen

Could be, its pretty close about 75% of the time. I really dont care to be honest. I always have Android Auto running and the temp there is always spot on. I forget the truck has a sensor most of the time.
