Hello there i drive a 2004 E350 with a 6.0L i replaced the EGR coller, oil cooler and the intake manifold gasket on it but after i put everything back together the truck is not runnig well it has a good idle but as soon as i put it on gear start to shake and when start running a lot of times it takes a hard time to shift gears !!
I actually broke one of the tips inside an injector connector. What else? Well, I know it usually takes a while to start after changing coolers because of air in the oil lines. Maybe it still has some and just needs to be run a bit? Or air in the fuel lines? There are some sensors with rubber hoses going to them - maybe you left one unplugged or plugged it up with dirt.
good to know i will check the connections again !! After i did all of the replacements the engine start after the fourth time and i have been running the truck for two days now and no change ! Actually a few hours ago it blew the hot side turbo hose !!
