I hope some computer/IT wizz has the answers. I also have the same problem, and it p*&^%$ me off. Sometimes it will load pics on the 1st try (not very often) and then sometimes/most of the time it will not. I have to try 2 or 3 times and then it will not always work. I want the old original way back to load pics, it worked every time. Standing by for the answer, cause you know I love to load pics. FYI this took 4 tries and I did "please wait till the processes end to insert them into a post" and the load button was solid blue and them waited some more to get it to work.....
This was from device (laptop) and other than taking some time, you have to wait, it loaded just fine.
This one was from my web site using IMG and ending /IMG code but you have to do a few other tricks but it loads pretty quick.
I use my site and code 99.9% of the time.

I am using Google Chrome.....laptop is good. Internet speed is good. This took 2 attempts and I had to wait WAY longer than I use to have to when FTE used the old way of pic attaching.
