351c to EFI kit, help determining
I have a 351 Cleveland motor with an Edelbrock model 1405 carburetor (600 CFM, 4 barrel/venturi) currently mounted on it that the previous owner installed.
I would like to switch to an EFI system.

but I don't know hardly anything about this stuff to know what to watch out for.
Are the carburetor mounting bolts a standard configuration, that any carb to EFI swap will mount?
or do I need to find a EFI kit that specifically says it is for a Ford 351C ?
As far as I know, the intake manifold is Ford stock that originally came with the engine, is there an easy way to confirm this?
I have seen replacement intake manifolds for sale, which if I understand correctly is to improve performance (power output).
I only drive the truck to work and back and to a restaurant for lunch, would there be any practical benefit to replacing the intake manifold? (smoother engine firing, better gas mileage)
