I can’t get the video to play, hopefully it plays for you guys. It looks to me like the flexplate is vibrating back and forth as it spins, engine on.. maybe 1/8” up to 1/4”.

Damn just when I thought I found something. Is it supposed to make a light chirping noise too? I can feel something tapping at idle on the floor until I put it in drive or reverse too. I did verify that the transmission actually was replaced like the guy told me. There is a remanufactured tag on it so maybe it is good after all.

how about this? Right at the gear shifter. Now if I can figure out how to get the wires out so I can splice and make new connections. There’s no room to work with being that it’s right at the entry point of the shifter..

After closer inspection, it didn’t rubb through the wires... Ruled that out too

Well I finally got around to taking it for a test drive and what do you know, no flashing OD light. I never reset anything so I would assume it was a poor connection or the metal shavings on VSS.
