e-150 351w cranks over hard

i have a 1991 e-150 with 351w motor.had problem with fuel delivery system but got that fixed.van sat in yard for 1 yr.tried starting but motor does not turn over very well even when jumping it with another vehicle. battery cables or starter or ????

Load test the battery to check its condition . Check the cables from one end to the other . A vehicle that sits for extended times will usually have battery troubles .
