I'm have headers so my Part # would not work. It looks like PN 3008 would be the correct number for you though. I would give them call just to be sure. I called the number on the website when I was putting my headers on and they were extremely helpful with determining the correct part # for my application.
12.23.18 update
Remflex 3008 gaskets are installed. Manifolds seem well sealed to the block however I discovered an additional leak at the DS donut gasket.
Apparently the donut was over tightened and the "flare" that should be in the exhaust pipe to receive and cradle the exhaust donut itself is flattened out. Needs to have a new flare formed to be able to seal properly.

Had a tick in the Y block on the DS under load. Removed the manifold twice, resurfaced, etc. Turns out the manifold was fine, the leak was the donut to the pipe. This specific product was recommended to me and it does seem to hold up. Some people don't like using goop, but I just wanted the problem to go bye-bye. It did that.
I had the new flare formed on the DS pipe today. What a HUGE difference. Absolutely no tick coming from that side now.
The exhaust tech actually added a "sleeve" inside the flare to keep the donut centered and level on the flare.
He did find a minor leak that I wasn't even aware of on the passenger side manifold donut.
Ran out of time today so we were not able to re-flare the passenger side and add the inner "sleeve" as he did on the DS pipe.
