2001 Excursion Live Data Scan Readings
Vehicle 2001 Excursion 204000 miles, 6.8..no codes but seems to be running rich(smell fuel from time to time and once in awhile is lopes like it’s loaded up with fuel). Here’s live data from Matco Scan Tool. Any thoughts?
FUEL SYS 1 CL
Fuel SYS 2 NA
calc Load % 48.2
ECT 158(yes, done after driving 5-6 miles)
STFT B1 0.0
LTFT B1 16.4
STFT B2 -3.1
LTFT B2 19.5
RPM 821
Speed 0(sitting in park in driveway)
Spark ADV 17.5
IAT 37(should be correct as outside air temp was in the teens)
MAF 1.1
TPS 20
O2 B1 S1 .615(fluctuate between 0.01-.90)
STFT B1 S1 -4.7
O2 B1 S2 0.00
STFT B1 S2 99.2
Ive pulled live data a few times, LTFT B2 always seems a tad higher than B1. Not sure if this means a faulty plug or COP on bank 2 or not.
runs great, plenty of power, gets 12-13 cruising at 75-80 unladen, so can’t complain too much.

Just in case someone reads this, found a 165 deg Motorcraft thermostat installed. Replaced with 195, at ECT reading of 194. LTFT 3.1 and 4.7. Needle now almost middle of icon versus hanging out at bottom .RPMS at idle dropped about 40.
