Blue sync 3 screen on reverse?
Just started today. Thoughts? Tried disconnecting battery. No dice. During first time going blue I got a sync download message. It's been downhill since then. Trucks got 284 miles on it. Grrrrrr

Sorry to hear about your problem on your new truck but it sounds like your "APIM" is going bad. This is a common problem and most Ford dealers know about it and it doesn`t matter if your vehicle is new or not because it`s happened to many people. This is a part that will have to be ordered because they are vehicle specific and have to be programmed for and to each VIN#.

Disconnecting the battery or doing resets on the system is only a temporary fix and the problem will come back.
