2011 6.7 acceleration problem

I own a 2011 super duty 6.7 and it started having problems about a couple weeks ago. It seems to idle, rev, and reverse normal but as soon as you drive forward it chokes when you press the pedal too fast and it will even stall out. Has anybody experienced this problem before?

Any check engine lights? Have you scanned for any codes? That is probably the first place to start.

Do you use any fuel additives?

Codes be a good place to start. I also recall maf sensors doing weird stuff, may also check air filter and intake tube. But for sure get codes

I’m gonna get it scanned. I drove it earlier and it actually popped that engine light and went into limp mode it would not spudder or choke after that but I had no power to it at all. I will let you guys know after I get it on the scanner what it’s saying
