bell housing
Hi new guy. will a 6 cylinder bell housing fit a 1960 292. Want to install a od trans thanks John

As far as I know, the 215, 223, 262 bellhousing is unique to that series of engine and will not exchange with a Y-block (292).

223 not the same, you'll need a 272/292 bell housing from a 1957/64 F100/250.

Thank you all did some research, I think some 292 F100 had three speeds with od. And if so what trans did it have ? Thank You, John
