yes flat top with valve relief.want to get the most torgue with out going to a stroker kit.was told the way to go is 390 crank and rods and pistons.so this set up i have is stock u think or aftermarket.

It's stock. Measure how far down the cylinder the top of the piston is at tdc.
The way to torque is displacement and cylinder pressure. More compression and more efficient cylinder filling are the ways to higher cylinder pressure.
