My 2017 XLT Premium has it. Looks like navigation was a $570 option on the window sticker. SYNC 3 voice activated was part of the Premium package. I have the 5th wheel prep and 7 pin plug inside of the box, but no trailer cameras. I do have tailgate cam that operates when the truck is in reverse.

Sync 3 with the 8” center display is standard on the Lariat; navigation is optional (but included in the optional Lariat Ultimate Package)
Sync 3 with the center display is an option on the XLT (but included in the optional XLT Premium Package). Navigation is a further option that requires Sync 3
