Strange electrical issue, 2015 Expedition

Our 2015 Expedition Limited EL developed an unusual electrical problem.
When you shut if off, the easy entry seats/steering wheel down not activate. When you open the door, the car chimes (as if you remote start it and have not really hit the inside start button yet). After you get out, the gear shift light never goes out, even if you lock the doors an wait for a time. There is also a humming noise onder the hood (a pump noise). I have unhooked the battery, master resetted Sync, and cussed a little...none of this fixed it. I'm afraid that ther is enough current drain that it will kill my battery overnight. Any ideas?

Have you checked all of the fuses yet?

Strangely, after driving 2 hours it went away. My brother-in-law (a farm machinery mechanic) said that maybe the battery voltage was down. I did have dirty terminals.
However, the check engine light came on when I was messing around with it. I'll go have the codes read today.
