Steering issues

Hi, I have a 2003 F250 6.0 and I started noticing some steering issues this morning. There is little resistance when turning to the right (more free than normal) and more resistant when turning to the left.
Please advise.
Thanks Ray

My steering feel improved a lot when I replaced my badly worn ball joints. I did not know they were bad until I put a wheel in the air to check my brakes and the wheel was rocking. Put your hands at 12 and 6 o'clock and try and move the wheel. Any movement is bad. The resistance I was feeling sneaks up on you as the joints go bad, so hard to notice. New ball joints were noticably easier to turn.

By any chance do you have a filter in line with the Power Steering?
