I just got my 2018 F150 Supercrew xlt with the 3.5L 302A package. Just the last couple days the truck keeps binging at me saying trailer connected, 2 seconds later saying trailer disconnected, or if signals are on saying trailer signal default. There is no trailer connected to the truck at all. Know of 2 others having the same issue and all dealers they take it to can not figure it out. So I pulled it into my shop, and put a bunch of dieelectric grease in the plug thinking moisture may be the problem, but it still is doing it. Anyone else on here have that issue and have had it fixed? What was done to fix it?

Congrats on your new truck and i`m sorry to hear that you`re have a pesky electrical issue.
Don`t worry about what others have said when they took their vehicle into a dealer. You`re under warranty so take it back to your dealer and let them figure it out because all dealers and techs are different.
Let us know what happens.
I had the same issue with the trailer connect/disconnect about a month ago and checked the trailer plug on the rear to find some corrosion on the terminals, I sprayed it down with electrical contact cleaner and haven't had the issue re occur.
