After the engine is hot and driven 10+- miles I get a loud click on all 8 injectors...
Contribution balance code for cylinder 3, once the engine is hot or warmed up the pcm shuts down #3 injector.
I can manually disable and enable any injector through my scanner, I get a noticeable rough idle when I disable any injector except #3. No change when I disable it.
If the issues are all 4 on the passenger side, then I would think that the harness may not be plugged in completely, or is chaffing (as Sean mentioned earlier).
Ed will price match anything you find. I bought over $10k worth of parts through him last year and he did me right and never scoffed when I sent updates on better prices I found. He and Scott answered my phone calls probably 100 times through the process and even followed up well after the sale.
If you want aftermarket new injectors that aren’t Ford Remans with the best warranty around go with Holders Diesel Performance in Florida. Their premium injectors are top notch.
Welp I got some archoil coming in the mail... I figured best thing to do is put all my eggs in one basket and let it ride! Lol. No but seriously... I'm hoping this helps... even if it gets me a few months or few weeks of use. :/ it just doesn't make sense to me that it works when cold but not when hot.

You may want to put it in right after an oil change.
That way you get the most out of it.

Got some archoil, put about 21 miles on it so far.
At the end of the day I know I need new injectors. It's just frustrating because they are acting erratic. My #4 injector is new and even that was failing at times on my cylinder power balance. #3 and 4 are the problem ones right now. Once warmed up all my other injectors are performing. I'm only getting contribution balance for #3.
I followed installation exactly, even blowing air into the injector hold down screws so they can be torqued. If I didn't torque them down properly would it cause them to miss like they are?
Well there is your answer.
Don't by brown baggie injectors. They tend to not worth the bag they stuff them into.
Recall what I said about no name cheap injectors above in Post #9?
Did you run an uncompensated power balance on the engine you remove the injector from?

@$220 each it def wasn't a cheap injector... the used one yes, that was a mistake. And I'm not sure my scanner can run an uncompensated power balance.
It has been shown repeatedly (over many years) that there is a quality difference in re-manufactured injectors, and that the Ford Remans are your best bet for getting a quality product (there are a few exceptions, but not many). It really isn't just Ford "hype".
Many companies have good warranties, so that helps. Still, if it fails, it can still be a big issue (inconvenience, time, even lead to other damage).
That said, have you checked the torque wrench calibration lately?

I understand it was just the luck of time and availability at the time I bought it. If I had the ability I would have done motorcraft and all 8. But unfortunately I wasn't able to. And no I don't have a way to check calibration on my torque wrench. That's why I was wondering if they weren't torqued correctly could it be causing the issues im having? 3 and 4 are the only injectors I touched.
