Most of those codes indicate the engine/transmission may not be up to operating temperature before running the Key On Engine Off (KOEO) tests and Stored Code display.
The key error code is 513: Failure in EEC processor internal voltage.That is a fatal failure in my book. Clear the codes, warm up the truck, then run the KOEO/CM routine again. If Code 513 is still present, time for a replacement computer or at the very least you could have bad capacitors that may be replaced.

Engines are easier to diagnose over the internet when all the codes are listed, and in order of test.
KOEO - (O) Self-Test Codes =
KOEO - (C)(CM) Continuous Memory Codes =
KOER - (R) Self-Test Codes =
Make sure your A/C, Heat, Radio, etc. are turned off when testing.
Do you have any Non-Stock modifications?
(Air Intake? Smog System? Exhaust System? Ignition System?)
