Ok, so I need some help, my 30 amp ficm relay fuse works only when it wants, I can wiggle it and sometimes it'll work sometimes it won't, wanted the dealer I got it from put the fuse in it when I went to test drive it so I'm assuming they pulled the fuse in and out a few times since it was there for a while. 04 f250 6.0

I think he's talking about the fuel pump relay and fuse.

 

well, if you wiggle the relay and it starts working, then the pins on the relay are bent / corroded......... or the socket it pushes into is bent or corroded.

 

So it's the 30 amp relay, its grey, it controls the injectors and the glow plugs, I pulled to fuse and there's black marks on the relay prongs, looked all over for the relay fuse and no parts store has it, guess I'll have to go to Ford

 

 

Not that I can see, I just had a buddy test the relay and he's not getting any signal from it
