Dash clock

Had to replace battery. Now I can’t reset my dash clock. Push the buttons to reset time and date, but it won’t change. It’s been difficult before, but now it’s impossible. Any help is appreciated

The button contacts "corrode". Push hard and wiggle them to get a good contact.

Just ran into this just this past weekend. Yes do try to push "hard" or wiggle them around. If that still does not yield results, remove the radio bezel, remove the entire clock assembly, then take a very slim piece of sandpaper and wedge the sandpaper between the flat silver piece that is raised off the back of the circuit board that is between the buttons and the circuit board. The buttons push this flat, very small metal piece down and it makes contact on the back of the circuit board to change time, date, etc. I tried the wiggle and push method before and worked, but until this past weekend (time change) it no longer worked. After I used the sandpaper to knock off the corrosion on the metal tabs, I was good to go!
