I would think that removing the dash is a really big job for someone that isn't familiar with how it goes together. I'd have a professional take care of getting that stylus out.
getting the bezel around the radio / ac cluster off is pretty easy.
open the ash tray, then tug on the bottom of the outer bezel. two spring clips at bottom, two mid way up, and two near the top. quick tugs and it will walk out two clips at a time.
after removing it and unplugging some things, the radio comes out real easy with 4 screws. pull it out, disconnect it's two or three connectors and you will have some decent access to look around. good luck finding the stylus.
