I have a 2011 F-250, it has been upgraded to a 63mm non-vgt turbo, deleted, S&B cold air intake, and a SCT programmer. As is around 550-600 hp, 1000 ft lbs, the injectors have been changed but it was before I bought so I’m not sure as to what size they are. Just looking for any suggestions as to where to go from here.
Just because you can or a purpose that needs more power? I know it's possible to drain the fuel rails with high HP so a way to force more fuel to where it's needed is an idea to research. That's as much on the subject as I know though.

I do pull with it every day, but also bc I want to and I want to make sure I have necessary components. Things like FASS fuel system, upgrade the oil pump, not just necessarily power building components but things that will help the truck all around
Sled pulling (but daily drive-able) is what randomly came to my mind with your post so it's why I asked. To be clear, I wasn't criticizing a because you can project. Slightly distracting your thread but how much boost is your 6.7L producing with the non-VGT?
Not that I have experience in this, but I have read of guys retro fitting the 15-16 turbos into their 11-14 trucks. Here are some links to get you started:
It just all depends on what you are looking to do. The FASS unit is a great idea as it's a good idea for a stock truck yet alone one with mods like yours. I would look at the transmission and transfer case fluids to see if they need refreshing if you haven't done that all ready. Look at your tuner and see what kinds of tunes you are running. It would probably be a good idea to find a reliable diesel shop in your area. Then they can look at the truck and see if anything needs improvement. It sounds like you just bought the truck and don't know much about it. Guys that do tuning can get into the truck's ECM and figure out what's going on.
Google search is your friend and there's tons of info out there. Search here and other forums like Diesel Bombers, Powerstroke nation, etc. You have to see how your truck performs now, what you have in it and make sure you are good to go. Then a diesel performance guy, especially a 6.7 PSD tuner, can tell you what your options are as I'm sure there will be more than one. Good luck.
