no power shudder at 2800 rpms

first off thanks for the forum, I am looking on trying to understand the gold mine this truck has become.
current specs

rebuilds engine
new alliant injectors single shot
GTP38r
rebuilt head with pro comp springs
regulated fuel set at 65 PSI
TS chip tunes by Gearhead
now the problem i have is the truck has now power under load, i have a AE and flowed alot of tutorials and everything seem ok, but when i rev the engine past 3000k it shutter and misses. (check oil light comes on and gauge drops)
i put new motorcraft icp. oil drains over night takes 5 to 8 second cranks it start

pulled the following codes
p0284
p0605
p1280
I bought this truck in November of last year (2017) been in the shop all the way up until may of this year. I have less than 1000 miles on it.
I dont know where to start, i think maybe IPR,CPS, Oil filter housing.
i wanted to pull valve cover off to see if i am loosing oil due to injector gasket. Before i start bustin knuckles i wanted a better plan than what i have. By someone who been there done that.

thank in advance.

The oil pressure and drain-back makes me think of the by-pass valve in the oil filter housing. Not sure it would do this, but possibly worth checking. With the filter off it's right next to the threaded fitting the filter screws onto, I had one on an OBS that fell out. The newer ones are supposed to be very resistant to failure, but who knows.

Update, just got my laptop back from dell, i pulled oil cooler housing i saw a small leak. upon pulling it the diesel shop put RVT on the gasket. I suspect it traveled to unwanted places. I put the cooler in the ultra sonic cleaner flushed with mineral spirits. will pull back flow plug on engine block, pull HPOP and check to see if the correct gasket is installed. I have a new filter housing so wish me luck.

ok update, I think I have several separate issues. first the shutter came from the nut being loose on the ipr. I changes out the oil cooler filter housing. pulled the low pressure check ball on the block it held oil. pulled oil temp on the side of the housing it held oil. I pull engine valve covers checked all the rocker arms.

I am going to do some more reading and searching i am sore *** hell but i am determined to solve the problem.

Wait, you pumped 5 gallons of coolant out of your sump together with your engine oil?

wanted to give a update on this thread, i noticed that when i had my ts chip in i did not have the shutter but the truck was guttless, took the chip to Diesel Innovations in Bryan, "big shout out for the help", problems with the chip. So pulled the chip, ran truck with singles ran like a gaser. So i just purchased a DP Mini Ngauge. Flashed the truck. awesome lil tuner. Jody was a big help. It solved my shutter, now i have to find the culprit to my low oil pressure draining back. I am tackling this one problem at a time.
