Exhaust leak

Been smelling exhaust in the cab when sitting at lights. Dealer said they couldn't find the leak, and stated there was a TSB about it being 'internal manifold bolts' or something like that. Regardless, my dealer needs to take the engine apart to find it. Allegedly. Anyone have experience with this and is it a huge deal?

Since you have an '11, the early issues were with the down pipe coming loose and leaking exhaust into the cab.

There was a thread about a steel line that is connected to the exhaust pipe coming loose. It's behind the enigine, kinda hard to get to, but can be reached from underneath.

Thanks everyone. Truck is now fixed. It was the Exhaust Back Pressure Tube and sensor. Dealer replaced the part under ESP and we're back in business. Now if the RV can only come home from it's repair at the factory...
