So my '14 Lariat 6.7 just had its first issue. My wife was driving it and the check engine light illuminated. I checked it with FORscan and the P20BA code was there. My question is when the code first appears what kind of time window will I have before it has to be fixed? How long can I clear the code before it goes into limp mode? I know the Temps are getting colder but here in NC the cold hasn't really set in yet. Thanks for the help guys.

 

As long as it does not freeze you should be ok..

Check to see if you are under the recall for the repair.

 

Thanks, I called a dealer but he was an idiot. According to the article from Ford it's not covered under the extended warranty. But I called the dealer where I bought it and they're gonna cover it for me. I take it in Friday morning.
