Ok, been doing a TON of research. I went out, started my truck this morning and it quit about 5 minutes into warm-up. It will crank, but no start. Here is what I know. Good #22 fuse, no OBD connection, no WTS light, no fuel pump operation, swapped relays and still no dice. Everything else Powers up except what is listed above. I ruled out everything from the flow chart. The flow chart leads me to PCM failure. He is dead in the water.
Anything I might be missing before I drop the heavy coin on another unit? Will any 7.3 manual SD PCM be ok, as in a 2000 even though I am early 99? A member has one for sale or I can send into the PCM repair guy, but I don't really have the time to be down right now. I did last week, but not this week FML.
Not all pCM “repair guys” are the same.... I learned the hard way and eventually ended up here. https://www.dieseltechchatt.com/
nobody knows more about the 7.3 pcm then him.... he can repair what others can not.
OK, that covers that. I think (don't bank on it) that we can use up to an '01 PCM in our E99's
Ok...I am waiting to hear back or have someone verify. I have a line on a 2000 for a manual transmission. Hopefully I'll get verification. I don't have the $$$ to get one and then have to reflash as well....not today anyway LOL

Thanks my friend. I'd send it to him in a second if I knew I could get it back pretty quick. I can't be down for a week. First world problems I guess. Does this sound like a PCM issue?
I have a DPC-421 PCM in my truck best I can tell from my Hydra install records. Not really sure how that falls in line with an E99 or the DAC2/DAC3 that Wesley posted up though.
EDIT: The "box code" on mine is said to be XPC4, again not sure how this helps.
This is the image that I screen shot when I was installing my Hydra for future reference.
