IIRC the DPC-421 is the PCM hardware family, aka has all the proper pins and physical internals, while the DAC2 or whatever is the tune. As long as the family is correct the engine will run fine, especially with a ZF6. With 4R100 the tunes matter more since they might be for the MT or the AT.
To answer your question, I have no answer yet. But, this has lit a fire to get a spare and send it the guy in Tennessee that rebuilds them. When I do figure out, I'll definitely share it.
I think when you plugged the fuel bowl heater back in, it was just a matter of time before the fuse blew. I wrapped my plug in red electrical tape to kinda create a moment of reflection as to why the tape. You can also rebuild the FBH but from what I’ve it’s not worth the money especially since you’re Western bound.

The next time I have Forscan going, I will see if I can identify the code. I will not be pulling the PCM just to get a picture of the code though, that is for sure. The part number for my PCM and the one Wesley posted are identical though, not sure if the part numbers for all PCM's are the same with different codes or not.
Thanks my friend. I'd send it to him in a second if I knew I could get it back pretty quick.
He has a one day turn-around.

Wait until you get older and all the vehicle related stuff in your head gets even more jumbled. Sorta like recounting the story to someone during a conversation where my Gen 2 Lightning was stolen and stripped back in '01, only to finish the story and realize, it was my 1990 5.0 Mustang GT that was stolen and stripped, not my Lightning.
