I know the insert for the shifter (PDNM123) doesn't fit the trim panel, and also that the console itself is different inside. When trying to mate the F150 console base with an F250 top trim piece, we had to cut and shave a lot of the inner console away to make it fit. It looked like these were parts that held the shifter. So you very well might need a whole new console to make it work.
