Truck fire

Had a slight fire in my F-350 there was some slight damage. The fire started in the dash had anyone heard of similar problems. Truck had 96000 miles.

From the photos I’m hopeful you got out without injury. There have been some fires, even some during initial mule testing, and of course the seat belt retentioner fires. Years ago, 1978 to be exact I had a battery cause an engine fire in a Ford E150 van. Stuff happens, hope everyone got out safely, but them aluminum trucks certainly make for some interesting photos, sort of like a burned up candle.

I hope your insured and everything beyond the fire works out good for you.
