The other looks like a fuel bowl heater plug. The MAT is usually green I think.
i was guessing MAT which the factory manual actually calls ACT or Air Charge Tempature sensor due to the proximity to the EBPV connector, I dont think the fuel heater connector leads are long enough to allow it to lay next to the EBPV connector as shown in pic 2. Fwiw.....my wastegate solinoid connector is green.
We can rule out the MAT sensor since it is plugged in.
Considering the wastegate solinoid is unbolted and missing I think the connector is to it even though they are typically green.
i do t see how the fuel bowl connector can reach the spot it is pictured in.
