I have a 2002 f250 7.3 310,xxx miles it will not start when the oil is under 60 degrees and once it runs the engine shutter real hard until warm if I give it a wide open throttle it goes away and runs great.

last winter I replaced the ipr icp and two in injectors that had bad solenoids with used injectors with less miles on them I've had no change has new glow plugs and relay both under valave cover harnesses are new. All the injectors pass the contribution test cold and warm. All the solenoids seem to pass but they all sound a little different.

truck has a 4inch turbo back cold air intake and bulldog tuner in the 75 hp tune

 

Your 'run on' sentences are a little hard to read. Does this say that you have a new 'Glow Plug Relay'? Is the 'Relay' coming on and the glow plugs heating up?

The injectors open, to send fuel into the cylinders by 'Oil Pressure'. Thin oil (hot?) will open up the injectors farther and faster.

What weight oil do you use? Fuel filter and oil filter good?

Sounds like a oil 'pressure' or fuel 'pressure' problem.

Can you check your oil pressure?

 

I run 15w-40 full synthetic oil. The fuel filter has about 3,000 miles on it. I'll check fuel pressure and oil pressure and repost the results thanks

 

Also try pulling the Bully Dog and see if the that changes the behavior.

 

I did try pulling the tuner and checking for an update but it's up to date and it made no change without the tunes uninstalled.
