advice on swaap
I have a 1996 F250 with the efi 460 backed by a 5 speed in it. the engine is shot so looking for a replacement. May have found a motorhome with the efi 460 but has an auto trans. I'm wondering about the ecm and any other electronics that might not like the auto to stick change. Does it even matter?

Just keep your ECU. What year is the motorhome?

The electronics, wiring and transmission in the donor vehicle don't matter because you won't be using any of it.
