Transmission issue

Just got a call from the dealership. They say the transmission cooler lines were cracked and leaking. Waiting on new ones which are due tomorrow to see if that fixes the transmission issue. They have completed the door handle recall and are going to replace both the batteries for the acid leak

Got it back today. They say the transmission coolant lines were cracked and leaking fluid out. Fluid level was 4 quarts low and transmission was slipping. They replaced the coolant lines. Found transmission was delayed forward (not sure what they meant with that). They removed the unit and found the forward clutch scorched and forward slip. They cleaned the forward drum, replaced forward steels and clutches and reinstalled the unit. Flushed the converter and coolant lines. Reset the KAM and refilled the transmission. Issue resolved. They also replaced both batteries that was leaking acid and did the door handle recall. Thus far it seems fine. In town the trans temp stayed at 198 to 199. Shifted fine.
