Im running Forscan on my 02 F250 w/ 7.3, no mods, 167k,automatic,4x4
Ive found the section where I can run PIDs on the truck.
Question: Which pids should I run and what are the normal values I should look for at idle. The truck idles about 5 minutes then stalls. The ICP is clean and dry, in fact it was recently replaced with an OEM one and new pig tail. The IPR in dry and the tin nut is tight.
I am having the P0476 code but Ive read that if I have other issues then the EBPS will shut down and throw the code....
I went to the extreme today and replaced the EBPS and cleaned the tube and housing with brake cleaner and speedometer cable. Re assembled,
cleared all the codes and re-ran the Engine On demand test.
I still have a ton of codes that its throwing including the P0476
Here's the list for AE, I would expect you'd check the same sensors in ForScan but I don't know that they have the same names. And you wouldn't necessarily need to use them all.

Found additional readings that refered to the EPR. it stated at idle that if my EPR value was higher than 14.1 then either my exhaust isnt flowing or my Turbo isnt spinning causing an Exhaust flow restriction.
Any truth to this? I also read where my EPR was bad as it wasnt reading anything. Where is this thing located?
14.1 would be key on engine off, anytime it's running it is going to me higher than barometric.
looking at values your ICP seems low , to start it needs 500psi I have never seen it running below that.
The truck needs to exceed 500 PSI to start, but it can dip below that while running.
I had my truck startup this morning with 470psi. verified with FORSCAN. Lucky me. I unplugged the ICP sensor and reran my test and it was showing 875 psi on startup. I killed the truck and plugged in the harness to the ICP and it started at about 750 but bled off down to 482 psi and died.... WTF? What makes the ICP bleed off PSI?
side note : my IPR never got over 15%...when it died the IPR recorded 10.55%
