Leather Seats

The leather quality and fit/finish of the seats are subpar compared to the older body style. If you don’t agree than you must not have had any quality “butt” time in a 16’ or earlier SD. I’ve gotten used to the loose leather on my 17’ platty but from day one it’s been a disappointment. But hey we’re not buying Lamborghinis here. Over all though the rest of the truck is much better than the previous model so I’ll forget about it.

I traded a 2015 3500HD LTZ Dirty Max, heated and cooled leather and when I got my 2019 Lariat, I was amazed at how much more comfortable the seats were, im not that brand loyal, but im getting older and I want functionality, I went down the list between a 2019 Chevy and Ford, and Ford had them beat, besides the aluminum body, camera system and fold out step, a lot of other things Ford offers that made me switch, guess the comfortable seats were a bonus.

I'm really curious about the Lariat seats-we just bought a '15 with leather seats and power adjust, but we couldnt find a dash switch for heat/cool. After a bit more search we found a small rocker switch on the side of the actual seat itself that looks like it may be heat/cool, but it doesnt really seem to do much. Does yours have that switch?
