I have a chance to pick up a 1985 f-250 supercab 4x4 xlt with the 351w HO for $500 bucks. It is also an automatic trans. I was wondering if a supercab usually came with factory buckets and a console? Its been sitting for around 8 years, but started every once in awhile.
It looks like from the picture the seats are the 40 / 60 kind.
I say this because the console looks to be forward with the right side seat.
So the seat & console are one unit / move as one.
Either way they look like they came with the truck if that is the real question asked.
The truck does not look too bad for $500 but we all know how that can go after you buy it!
Know why it was parked?

The owner lives in another state, brother here in fl was using it, then there was a family dispute, so the brothers have not spoke in 8 or 9 years, So the owner stopped sending him the renewed tags every year, so now it just sits, Has about a quarter size rust spot on it, but thats it, rest of rust is just surface.
Nothing is ever that easy with these old trucks, The owner is MIA, and moves around alot, I spoke to a couple title companies and they say they can get a title for it for about 125.00. Its about a 45 day process, If they do find the owner, then he would have to pay storage fees and then have it shipped backed to him, but he hasnt done it in 8 yrs, doubt if he wants it now, so its a gamble
The brother here is the one getting rid of it, as it sits in the yard of his rental house.I asked if he could try and contact him, and he wants no part of that, lol. He says it I dont want it, he will sell it for parts or, sell it to someone that will turn it into a mud bogger, seems like a waste because its all there, and no rust, so just cross my fingers.
