So with the storm we got last night/this morning, temperatures dropped to the lowest they've been in awhile here in Phoenix. 3/4 of my windows are moving real slow. The temperature was about 65 degrees when I checked this morning and was trying to roll the windows down.
As a sidenote, when I bought the truck, the same 3/4 window switches work in reverse. Up for down, and down for up. Worked just fine, but in reverse. The power door lock switch on the driver side is also flipped. I know you can swap other Ford's switches into multiple Ford's, so I'm going to guess somebody pulled this switch out of something like an expedition or navigator or something.
Temps dropped below 70, sadly it's the end of good times for a few months 'till the arctic conditions pass. The only upside is that I can enjoy running the fireplace now. Tonight was day 2 of burning, it's not even midnight and already down to 65 outside.
Sure sounds like a PO hacked the wiring or switches for some reason. I'd recommend pulling your door panels and take a look, also lube as suggested above.
