I have the 4" radius arm lift also and am running 38/13.5/20's, -19 offset. I little rubbing but not bad. I did the same trimming as you. Rubs a little mostly turning in reverse, not sure where, don't see anything.

I've been wanting to bump up to 40's for a while now and just finally got around to it. Picked up a new set of Raceline Avengers in 17x9 w/ -12 offset paired with 40x13.50r17 Toyo MT's. These things are HUGE compared to the 39" KM3's that just came off of it. The 39x13.50r17 KM3's had an overall height of 38.5" where as the Toyo MT's in 40x13.50r17 measure out to a true 40" in overall height.

(Truck has a 4.5" Carli lift, with a 3/4" front bumper spacer and very minor trimming on the front fenders nearest the cab).
