frame differences

I want to swap out a 360 to a 300 inline six on my f250 4x4highboy. I know ill have to swap out the perches . At the wreckers now is a 2wd f250 with a 300 so should i pick them up or is the frame different .I know my frame is narrower in the rear it being a highboy.

Unfortunately you're correct. the frame is different. The 2WD perches won't fit a 4WD frame.

However...Are the Big Six perches and the FE perches not the same? Thought I read that here...

The perches are the same, just move them on the frame rails for the 300, also remember you need the correct mounts on the 300.
