Back door on 1963 van

Is it normal that the back door on the 1963 van is not able to be opened from the inside? There is no inside handle. It can only be opened from the outside. It also doesn't have the black lock button.

I have a little bit of a problem in that there is no key for the back or side door. The one key I got works with the ignition and the 2 front doors and they don't have the key for the side and back doors. Can they be re-keyed to match the main key? What is the best way to proceed. Also, can I add an indoor handle to the back door as well as a lock button? Since it doesn't have a lock button or a key, I have no way of locking it.

Let me know your thoughts. How would be best to remedy this problem?

Pic: 22600 is the basic part number for the inside door handles. One for each side of the front and side doors, only one for the rear door.

These are the same inside handles as the front door handles of 1957/66 F100/1100 (B7C-8122600-B).

Only the front doors have door lock *****.

Note: This is the pic with stationary windows, there's a different pic with movable windows.

A side cargo door, with handles both inside and out, can replace your rear door. The doors are the same. Or you can just add the parts to your door.

I think I will try to find the internal door hardware from a side door and swap it out on my back door. Anyone know of a good source for that? I can't seem to find anything on ebay. I might have to visit some junkyards or something.
