Need electrical help.
E350 super duty 5.4
My wife hit a bump and the engine cut out. No power to the ignition, stuck in park, no power windows, no stereo, and no blinkers. Fuse 27 ignition switch feed was blown, replaced the fuse and no improvement. All fuses in passenger compartment panel and power distribution box are good, not sure how to check the relays. Any suggestions on what is common to all these components, or where I should start looking?

Is there any voltage anywhere in the van? If not check the battery connections at the terminals. Follow the positive cable to the starter checking if that's still firmly attached.
Test any fuses of concern with an ohm meter for actual continuity---the blade-type fuses have been known to fool all of us from time-to-time. Visual inspection just not reliable.
Listing your year can be a huge help for questions like yours. Good job on listing the chassis and engine type.

Download the owner's manual as there is a list of fuses and their positions/locations as well as what each does. This isn't an immediate fix as you'd have to wait for it to arrive, typically not available locally as a walk in and pick it up. eBay is my favorite source for those like this insanely great deal: 2012 EVTM
Checking a relay's operation will involve finding what it controls, determine what triggers it and then use your volt meter on whatever it controls to see if it is indeed opening and closing per the schematic.
