No power windows, interior lights, moonroof won't work
My '95 Explorer limited at 115k, while driving to work i lost my dash lights, interior lights, power windows, moon roof, parking
lights. I checked all fuses inside and out all good. Changed (GEM)
module still no power. anyone have any ideas where to look
next? thanks

Really hard to say without a wiring diagram. I believe the way this works is that the instrument panel fuses are supplied with voltage from "maxi fuses" under the hood either directly to the IP fuse panel or thru the ignition switch then to the IP fuse panel. Are you sure there are no 50 or 60 amp "maxi fuses" that are blown? If you turn the ign key to accessory does anything work? For my Fords I have the XLNT "electrical & vacuum troubleshooting" manuals from www.helminc.com Might want to see if you can find a wiring diagram at the library.

The power windows, along with the moonroof and Torque On Demand relay, are on the Accy Delay Relay. The Accy Delay Relay is fed power by the Battery Saver Relay and controlled by Generic Electronic Module (GEM). All three could cause the problems described.
The dome lights and lamp lights, along with a host of other interior lights, are on the Dome Lamp Switch. The Dome Lamp Switch is also fed by the Battery Saver Relay.
If your Glove Box Lamp, Underhood Lamp, Map light, and Vanity Mirror Light are working, the Battery Saver Relay is working. If they are not working either, the Battery Saver Relay is suspect (assuming the fuse in the Power Distribution Box is fine and is getting power). The Battery Saver Relay is controlled by the GEM so that could also be suspect.
