2017 Lariat shock sensor location?

i have a 2017 Lariat with sync connect. I was going to buy the Perimeter Plus module to add the shock sensor but a dealership is telling me I should already have the module installed because I have remote access. I have looked and it is not plugged into the back of the diagnostic port. If I were to have it where else would/could it be? Thanks.

Sync Connect and Remote Access are two completely different things. Sounds like the dealer employee you talked to thinks they are one and the same..... happens all the time.

You've already looked in the one and only place it would be connected, if it's not there you don't have it. No Ford vehicle comes from the factory with a shock sensor.

Go ahead and get the module. It's an easy install. Plug it in, zip tie it under the dash, cycle the ignition on and off one time. Done.
